My name is John Crow and I am very proud to have served on the Squadron from  the time of the first Lightning entering the hangar at Coltishall in 1960, through to the Singapore days. I have volunteered to take on this 'Challenge' even though my web design knowledge is somewhat limited, however I will learn as I go along.

Some of you will already be aware that I am facing another  'Challenge' in life, namely Cancer,  however I have given it my best for the past 9 years, and intend to continue doing so. I would urge all men to take the time to view the Cancer Charity sites in the links section.

Some of you will no doubt have read the articles relating to Prostate Problems which I wrote for 'Tiger News ' some years ago. I have now brought these up to date, accounting for advancements in technology and treatment options. You will now find then under 'Medical Matters'.

My intention is to update the site once a month ,or at other times when anything significant occurs, but a lot will be dictated by my hospital visits and treatment regimes.

I hope you will continue to enjoy viewing this site.
